I am also playing twice a month at St. James. I play a nice grand piano at the front of the church with non-stop improvisation. The worship style is less straight-up than Redeemer giving me a lot of freedom. But, I do also enjoy the traditional, awe-inspiring approach with the organ, above and behind the congregation. At Redeemer, my professionalism goes before my personal artistry.
