This a new family destination venue, listed on the National Register for historic places. It celebrates the dairy history of Paoli, WI, hosting a hotel with theme suites, casual and fine dining, a full bar and all in a museum-like setting full of historic dairy artifacts. I perform solo jazz piano that overlooks the dining and bar areas.
